HPS Series of Equipment
PlasticWeld Systems, Inc. now offers our Proprietary series of equipment, the HPS-Line, an advanced tip-forming/bonding system with a proprietary transistorized solid state power supply. This equipment is available with a stepper motor, servo or low friction pneumatic actuator. This unit features a 0- 100% step-less power range with all diagnostic functions and heat on-off controlled through a 2.4” x 4.4” touch screen interface panel. The HPS-10 can be tooled to tip or bond, tip and eye-form or drill and many other custom functions. Remote heat stations and automatic feed options are available. Equipment, tooling and fixturing are manufactured in-house to provide precision turn-key systems.
